2.Goods Covered by the Contract
The subject of the contract is the products listed on the order form. The name, package size, quantity, unit price and total amount of each product appear in the order summary and in the order message sent to you.
Product photographs are for illustration; packaging and label design may change over time.
3.Order and Payment
When you complete and submit the order form, your order is recorded and forwarded to the seller over WhatsApp. No online payment is taken on this site. The payment method and timing are agreed during the WhatsApp conversation.
Prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. Shipping costs are notified separately upon order confirmation.
4.Delivery
- The product is delivered by courier to the address you provided on the order form.
- The delivery time is stated upon order confirmation; the statutory maximum is 30 days.
- Please inspect the package on delivery; do not accept a damaged package and ask the courier to record a report.
- Any additional costs arising from failed delivery due to an incorrect address are borne by the buyer.
5.Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
It is enough to send your withdrawal notice within that period to info.308firuz@gmail.com or to our WhatsApp line. You then send the product back to us within 10 days of the notice; the refund is made within 14 days of the notice reaching us.
Unless stated otherwise, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer when the right of withdrawal is exercised.
6.Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under art. 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised for products whose packaging, tape, seal or wrapping has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons. Most of the oils, creams and food products offered for sale fall within this scope.
The right of withdrawal also cannot be exercised for products that may spoil quickly or whose expiry date may pass.
These exceptions do not apply as long as the packaging remains unopened; you may return an unopened product within 14 days.
7.Dispute Resolution
You may submit your complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of purchase or place of residence, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
